Building Coaching Skills

This a is one-day workshop for anyone who has completed Coaching Disciples and desires to maximize their ability to help others. The workshops are either 1/2 day or full day, depending on the desire, and will focus on coaching skills, techniques, and tools. 

We also offer a separate workshop, 

 Coaching Champions, which is a specialized one-day workshop for those who want to coach leaders to become champions.  This workshop targets the challenges of leadership in today's Christian culture and focuses on building the skills necessary to successfully help others fulfill their God-given assignment.

Completion of the Coaching Disciples material is required either of these workshops.

Shepherding With Skill is a uniquely interactive workshop designed for pastors and ministry leaders. 

Most pastors agree that ministry is more difficult than ever, reporting the lack of workers as a top concern. In addition, most leaders deal continually with stress, frustration, and disappointment. 

Shepherding with Skill is for pastors and ministry leaders who want to take their ministry capacity to a new level in making disciples and advancing the kingdom. 

Learn how combining a simple change of perspective with a few simple skills can not only result in more committed volunteers, but can help reduce stress and frustration, and ultimately restore the joy in your own ministry.

Completion of the Coaching Disciples material is required.

Coaching Children 

is an interactive learning event for  parents and those involved in children's ministry, who want to see children become the Champions God intends for them to be.  Topics will include how children learn, how coaching can facilitate ownership, goal setting, and forward thinking.

Completion of the Coaching Disciples material is not required.

I am passionate about helping others and I am available to come alongside individuals and ministry teams help you think forward, set goals, develop plans, and find solutions to problems. 

We will work together to create a customized plan to enable you to become the Champion you want to be.

Leading Volunteers is an application oriented event for those who lead churches, teams, and other ministries that utilize volunteers.  It flows out of Biblical principles and Jeff's 35 years of experience in leading volunteers.  This event focuses on how cultural changes have influenced relationships, what volunteers need from leaders, how to build rapport, and create buy-in and ownership. The goal of this event is to help participants understand how the dynamic of coaching can be utilized to develop a culture of unity, cooperation, and growth. 

The format for Leading Volunteers is flexible and can be customed tailored to fit your specific need.
